സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളില്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ വിവരം നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കി
തദ്ദേശസ്വയം ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ പൊതുജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കുന്നസേവനങ്ങളിലും സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളിലും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കി. കെട്ടിട നിര്‍മ്മാണാനുമതി/കെട്ടിട നമ്പര്‍/ഒക്കുപ്പെന്‍സി സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്/തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും പൊതുജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കുന്ന മറ്റ് സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകള്‍, സര്‍ക്കാരിലേക്ക് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കത്തിടപാടുകള്‍ എന്നിവയില്‍ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ പേര്, തസ്തിക, ഓഫീസ് ലാന്‍ഡ് ഫോണ്‍/മൊബൈല്‍ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍ എന്നിവ വ്യക്തമായി മനസിലാകുന്ന വിധം സീല്‍ പതിക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ച് സര്‍ക്കുലര്‍ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കുന്നതിന് ആധാരമായ കുറിപ്പ് ഫയലുകളിലും സീല്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമായി പതിച്ചിരിക്കണം

വരുമാന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് : സാധുതാ കാലയളവ് പുനര്‍ നിശ്ചയിച്ചു
വില്ലേജ്/താലൂക്ക് ഓഫീസുകളില്‍ നിന്നും നല്‍കുന്ന വരുമാന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ സാധുതാകാലയളവ് പുനര്‍നിശ്ചയിച്ചും സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകള്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതിനുള്ള മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ പുന:ക്രമീകരിച്ചും ഉത്തരവായി. പൊതുജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കുണ്ടാകുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകള്‍ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനും സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകള്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടിക്രമം ലഘൂകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി വില്ലേജ്/താലൂക്ക് ഓഫീസുകളില്‍ നിന്നും നല്‍കി വരുന്ന വരുമാന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ കാലാവധി ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകള്‍ക്ക് വിധേയമായി ഒരു വര്‍ഷമായി നിജപ്പെടുത്തി. ഈ കാലയളവില്‍ വിവിധ ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി വെവ്വേറെ വരുമാന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ ആവശ്യമില്ല. വരുമാന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷ നിശ്ചിത ഫോര്‍മാറ്റില്‍ അഞ്ച് രൂപ കോര്‍ട്ട് ഫീ സ്റാമ്പൊട്ടിച്ച് സമര്‍പ്പിക്കണം. നിശ്ചിത ഫോര്‍മാറ്റില്‍ വരുമാന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കണം. സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അനുവദിക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതല്‍ ഒരു വര്‍ഷം സാധുതാ കാലയളവ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. ഇത് വരുമാന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റില്‍ തന്നെ വ്യക്തമാക്കണം. ഒരു വര്‍ഷ സാധുതാകാലയളവില്‍ പൊതുവായി എല്ലാ ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കുമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാകയാല്‍ ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കുമ്പോള്‍ ഇതിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശ്യം പ്രത്യേകമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതില്ല. ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പ്രത്യേക കോഴ്സിന് നല്‍കുന്ന സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് ആ കോഴ്സിന്റെ കാലാവധി വരെ പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും. അപേക്ഷകര്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അസല്‍ സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതും വിവിധ ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകര്‍പ്പ് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്. സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍ വിവിധ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വകുപ്പുകള്‍, തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍, അര്‍ദ്ധസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍, പൊതുമേഖലാ ബാങ്കുകള്‍, സഹകരണ ബാങ്കുകള്‍/സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവ തടസമുന്നയിക്കാതെ സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടതും ആവശ്യമെങ്കില്‍ അസല്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുമായി ഒത്തുനോക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്Minority Promoters Duties and Responsibilities

Health & Family welfare Dept: issued orders recognizing additional private hospitals to facilitate medical reimbursement benefits to state govt employees. Before availing the treatment in the institution, the Government Servant should observe Rule 8(3) of KGSMA Rules, 1960.Government also order that in future no claim for reimbursement will be allowed for treatment in private hospitals other than the hospitals already empaneled.MLA Fund Ban for works in Aided & Unaided Schools
| As per the recommendations of the Public Accounts Committee, Govt amended the provision for utilizing Special Development Funds of MLAS to Aided and Un Aided Educational Institutions. But purchase of Computers can be done by utilizing these funds to above category of schools. |
